If you feel the need to make a complaint, then please do so by contacting the station management.
All complaints are sent straight to the management of the station and no one else at Storm FM can see the complaint or the information in the complaint. The station management may feel the need to contact you further, this could be because we need a little more information regarding your complaint.
Once your complaint has been dealt with, it will be kept on record. We can assure you that our records will not contain any of your personal information or contact details, only the information you provided to describe your complaint.
To make a complaint, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, making the subject heading "complaint" so we can distinguish your concerns from the other emails we receive.
